How fast is shipping?

We ship all orders received before 10:00 AM Pacific Time the same business day. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days, and Priority shipping in 2–3 business days. These are USPS estimates and may vary due to season, weather, or other factors. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

How can I change my shipping address?

In your order confirmation email - sent shortly after you place your order (please check your spam folder) - you’ll find a link to the order management page where you can update your shipping address or cancel any unshipped orders. If you’re unable to make the change there for any reason, just send us a message as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it for you.

Will I receive a tracking number?

yes, all orders receive a tracking number as soon as the package ships (usually within 24 hours). the email will come from shipping@replacementscrews.com - please check your spam folder just in case.

Where is my order?

Check your shipping confirmation email and click the tracking link. It will open the USPS tracking page, where you can view the current status and progress of your shipment. If you can't locate the email, or the package seems to be lost, please contact us.

What if my model number isn’t listed?

If you can’t find anything when you search for your model or part number, please reach out to us and we will try to locate the part for you. Sometimes there is more than one number for the same part. If it is, for example, an IKEA furniture, simply sending us a photo will often allow us to identify it.

Are TV stand screws universal?

No. While some models may use the same screws, there are thousands of combinations of length, thread pitch, diameter, and sizing standards. That is why we organize our tv stand screws by model number instead of generic descriptions, so you can feel confident you are getting the correct part.

Metric vs imperial - how do I tell?

If you’re shopping for TV screws, then you are for sure looking for metric screws. For cars, it depends on where they are manufactured. Most U.S. domestic cars use imperial unit screws, while European and Asian cars use metric. Take care to get it right, because some metric and imperial screws are close enough to almost work, but will damage your threads.

Are your parts OEM?

Unless otherwise stated, our replacement parts are not OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). We aim to provide replacements that meet or exceed original quality. For example, many of our license plate screws are stainless steel and available in black, instead of the plain steel OEM screws that can rust. We also offer compatible metal furniture parts where the original manufacturer used plastic, improving strength and durability.
